1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taratix, whether as an attendee purchasing tickets or an organizer listing events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Taratix is a ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees. We provide the tools to list events, sell tickets, and manage entry, but we are not the organizer of any event listed on the platform unless explicitly stated.

3. Ticket Purchases & Fees

All ticket prices are set by the event organizer and may include a service fee charged by Taratix to cover payment processing and platform costs. Prices and fees are shown before checkout is completed.

Once a purchase is confirmed, your ticket is delivered electronically and tied to the order details you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your order for accuracy before completing payment.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and exchange policies are set by each event organizer and are displayed on the event page where available. Unless otherwise stated, ticket sales are final.

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, Taratix will work with the organizer to process refunds or transfers in line with the organizer's stated policy.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, delivering the event as described, and complying with all applicable laws relating to their event, including safety, licensing, and consumer protection requirements.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including reselling tickets in violation of an organizer's policy, attempting to circumvent ticket limits, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Taratix name, logo, and platform content are the property of Taratix and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Taratix is not liable for the conduct of event organizers, the quality or safety of an event, or any loss arising from an event being cancelled, postponed, or altered. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Taratix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
